FAQ's

1. How to install Test Series Software?

Sol. Read the instructions given in the Installation Help.

2. CD does not start on inserting into CD Rom for the first time?

Sol. Your machine do not support Autorun function. To install CD manually open CD from My computers. Double click on Setup.exe file and installation will start.

3. Start button do not appears?

Sol. Ensure that screen resolution of your computer is 800 x 600. If screen resolution is different then change screen resolution to 800 x 600.

4. What to do when Run time error -2147467259 has appeared ?

Sol. If this error apears on your screen then copy the quedbase.mdb from CD (Support folder) to C:\Program Files\MHCETTestSeries.

5. What to do when software is not functioning properly?

Sol. If you have not installed mdac_typ.exe at the time of installation or if you have uninstalled any other software from your pc than problem may occur. So if problem persist install mdac_typ.exe and restart your computer. Or if you have remove any share file while uninstalling any other software than reinstall the Test Series.

6. How many times the CD key will be provided?

Sol. We will provide CD key only once.

7. What to do when message "Please enter correct password" appears?

Sol. Ensure that you have entered all characters of the CD-Key correctly or while taking CD key you have correctly informed the serial number. Please take care that you have writtern all letters properly while taking CD key. Don't inform serial number from Installation Help file.

8. What to do when Serial number is Lable2 ?

Sol. We have provide MDAC folder with CD-ROM. Open that folder and double click on file name "mdac_typ.exe" and complete the installation process and restart your computer. If you still get serial number as Lable2 then do as follow.
(1) Point to start then click on Run. (2) Write the following string to text box and press OK Button. If your CD-ROM drive is not E: then replace "E" with your CD-ROM drive letter. Regsvr32 "E:\Support\scrrun.dll"
